Title: builders clean

Done a few once off builders clean over the last while, but got a call yeasterday from a builder who has 18 houses and has people moving in in three weeks. Going to have a look at them tomorrow mornign, but would like to have a ball park in my head, I was thinking off about 250 all in, including windows etc?
What do you think?It might be a bit low?
Also how do you normally ask for payment in these sort of bulders cleans, a certain amount upfront?

thanks guys, they were helpful responses  :D

Anyway got 50% on completion of first 8 houses, remainder on job completion.At a cost of 200 per clean.so sucks to you!
