Hi all
All I've booked in for monday is a three piece suite , I could do with filling my day out and selling up a bit ,
My question is do I use a product on my towel to show the customer how dirty her carpets are , or just water
Thanks John

Detergent would transfer more dirt to the towel.

If you want to make a point then use whatever you have to to show a difference. And look for the worst area to prove it.

I tend to use the detergent that I'm going to use to do the job.
"Look how much dirt this special chemical that I'm gonna use on your carpet gets out".
Make sure the towel is very wet with solution, that you press down hard and that the dwell time is longer rather than shorter..

I always use a microsplitter spray and a terry towel, I usually explain the non-re soiling qualities of the product, which goes down well.
Regards.
