been watching Children in Need and being an old softie (with kids of my own) I find some of it very moving (especially the girl who is so brave about losing her mum to cancer). Perhaps next year we should do something collectively. I'm sure Mike and the boys at Express will help.
clean carpets for VIPS and get donations or something along those lines. Any thoughts?

You can do that kind of thing on your local radio station by offering a prize with a set value to the winner of a simple phone in competition.
-
I'm thinking of doing on a bigger scale than that though

Good idea Pete,
How about a naked calendar ;D
Seriously though, I'm with you on this one.
All the best,
Jason.

Just looked, CIU has 12,680 members!
If just the members pledged £1 each would be a nice ammount!

-1 coz to allow for the tightness od a certain individual from Sheffield.
Perhaps we could donate all the money we find (steal) frim suites
-
12680 x £1 each = Terry Wogans fee for doing next years show! >:(
but, yes, good idea to do something.

You must have worked a little bit harder one day last week 'cos you sent me one of your hard earned pennies ;D Or was it your better half that sent it? ;)
Thanks anyway...made me laugh (and I've pinned it on the board!).

It made up the £80 for free carriage, it's not often that you'll get that from a Yorkshireman.
