how do you stop other people using your company name.

never bothered me ,
my buisiness is called elite cleaning services, and some of the reps ,we see tell me they deal with 3 others called the same
as long as they r not  cowboys or in my area, i dont mind.

depends on your company name, I tried to patent mine but cant, but online I can as I have all the history for it in the UK.
