wasn't concerned with the after picks just wanted to get home after 10 hours took the before picks to back up the very large bill which is being sent in

Did you get builders to sign a disclaimer before you started. When they are in that state there is often damage caused be the grit which they try to pin on the windowcleaner. As has been said, builders want shot.

Would have defo walked away from that one mate.
Do you have a disclaimer signed that says you aren't responsible for scratches?
If that is mortar on the windows then they are classed as damaged. We always get this in writing before we start

I`ve done jobs like this in the past,not anymore thanks.I`d like to know how much you charged for that what`s the secret it`ll be a cheque anyway,10hours of doing them would be almost a weeks money in a day.

Why bother?
That's the builder's job?
Messy cowboys. ::)

yes i do have a disclaimer to state that i am not responsible for any scratches etc. i have 2 more blocks the same to do next week with regards to price the bill will go in at about £40 per hour depending on how i'm feeling next week after the other 2 blocks have already discussed the rate with the builder and they have agredd to this so i will be having a very comfortable christmas LOL

It's not a window cleaner they need, it's new windows ;D ;D

The blue film should never have been taken off, that's what it is there for to protect the glass when building. You then just have to peel it off, no need for builders clean but hey can a builder work that one out ???
A new estate that I clean one of the foreman came up and said they were having problems with cement on the windows etc.. Just told him to just leave the film on and problem solved, the penny dropped now they only remove it after the house is completed.
