can you tell me whats best for getting candy floss

out of a shagpile carpet and water stains in a bath.

Isn't candyfloss just sugar?  If that's the case I would have thought that your usual pre spotter would do the job easily.  Maybe Stain Pro or something similar followed by a rinse?

its an old tin bath that goes in front of the fire, 

bath nite is fridays,all the family share the water one

after the other. Im sometimes lucky and go second.
