What exactly is a English fry up?

And what to eat in the morning for the cold winter differ from what you eat in the sommer ?

Pickled herring

cod fish liver or caviar

hard cheese Norwegian of course

Lefsa

Heavy type bread

soft boiled egg

vareity of fruits preserve.

fried bread
sausage
bean
 tomato
mushrooms
black pudding
toast
coffee

well thats what I have in the morning :)

Would have thought the typical English breakfast was McD as not many café’s left also the parking problems. :( :(

you should try the "Great Totham Corner Cafe" nr Maldon Essex if you like a nice big fry up--luvley jubley  ( i am biased though cos its my parents place  ;D ;D)
