is it as easy to apply as they make out? and has it got any insulation qualities?

It is easy to apply with a roller and brush. I just dripped in the roller covered it then attacked the floor with it for the second coat, is alot quicker IMO. insulation has to be a yes as it is another layer of paint, but will not do very much in anyway.

this is a major point that you need to remember: USE GLOVES
this stuff sticks to skin like glue, and a right nightmare to get off. You could always look like a smurf  :P

If the floor of you van is painted give it  a sand down first! make if ruff rather then shiney and slipery.. then put your first cote on :)
