Can anyone recommend anything to use to alongside lists created in excell?

Mail Merge a letter in word, I use one to remind custimers I cleaned for 12 months ago?

Any email programme that accepts CSV (comma seperated values) will merge lists of email address in excel, word or similar in to idividual messages.
I have used 'Smart Serial Mail' before. They do a free 30 day trial. Easy to set up and use and sends each meassage individually.

Phillip, i use mail merge in word but im looking for something that can also manage lists etc.
Ill take a look at the suggestions.
