Type: Domestic.
Monthly Average Value: £1800 - £2000 plus gutter cleans etc.
Established For: 3.5 years
Comments: Most customers pay cash on the day or cheques. Annual turnover IRO £22K. Optional estate motor (Suzuki). Tax & MOT. Fully equiped with ladders and all cleaning apperatus. A lovely round. Selling due to terminal illness.
Asking Price: 25% of turn over, £5500. Plus any deal on the estate motor.

That round belongs to a mate of mine, Graham.

I found out the bad news yesterday when I went to price a job? The windows and frames were still reasonably clean, this made me ask if she already had a w/c, she replied to me with Graham's name, and she then told me the bad new's.
So this is a genuine offer, My round is not far off full, so another full round is to much for me.
