Hi Easy,
Your van looks nice, i will i will have to pain upwards a little more on my 2morrow when im do cote number 2.. :)
your setup looks nice aswell
-
me too, i did above arches and a little above floor just to make sure. and this stuff gets you as high as a kite ::)
you will see i went a little over the arches, as I put wet brushes etc on there, and I dont want the ply at the sides getting wet so 2/3 inches above same after the arches, just incase i get flooded ;D
p.s before anyones says anything, it has masking tape on in the pics

I took up the ply from the floor, and painted floor, is also took off the sides added a little insulation which is in the pic then new 9mm ply, then painted it, that should last ages, I went for blue as it is one of my company colours :) sad i know but true,
the reason for the paint on the ply is I put wet brushes in the wheel arches and I dont want water getting on the ply so pained a couple of inches above the arches aswell to be on the safe side

windowwashers
Ref that pic of your van with the fibreglass wool stuffed into the void
now i have fitted out vans as a carpenter, im also heavily into the VW campervan scene, you will trap moisture in that void with that Wool, and it'll cause the van to rot from the inside out
