hi all just gone live to the water fed pole on my work yesterday boy was i aching last night thats why i wasent on here if anyone missed me .did you all go through the same pain not as bad today though the arm mussels are still a bit tender i was also wondering whitch was the best sort of windows for drying without any spots the ones that sheet or bead most of what i have done up to press have sheeted .i know you may get the odd spot here and ther through the soap what is already on there als do you clean the whole frame or not any of the frame or just the top of the frame hope iam doing it correctly dont want to loose work as it has cost a mint to set it up oh well look forward to your responses by for now got to make some pure water for 2morrow also windowwashers how are you going withe yours havent hered from you for a while hope you are well m8 and your back is better now after your accident

Sounds good.
At the moment i'm cleaning all the frames although the average 3 bed is probably taking me about 30 minutes, i think it's down to not having a quick rinsing technique.

if you want to strengthen them muscles check this 59 yr old bloke out on www.fitness4x4.com, i took up this kind of training three yrs ago and came 3rd in this yrs world championship i can do 1000 reps with 16kg so now any size of pole is easy to use

on first cleans i clean all frames after that i do all frames unless there are vents on top part which i then leave and do about twice a year.

thanks how do you go on abut the plastic strips above the top of of the window on bays

i dont know what you mean by the plastic strips do you mean the vents

I class it as a fascia, not a window frame, so it doesn't get cleaned unless requested.

but dosent it get wet and drip all over the window when you do the frame
