Title: help with a quote please
Post by: Jago on October 29, 2007, 07:44:04 pm
Hi guys Just a cheeky one
I have been asked to clean gutters on a four bedroom detached house with gutters on front back and one full side

He wants me to take the leave protector off as it did not work and put some new thing back in and also clean ;-) inside the gutter not out
I am sure I can do this in a day with the help of A nother.

I just do not know what the current rates are Can anyone please advise

gutters at front and back are 7m and side about the same awkward to get to

Many thanks Jason

I would say about £200 to £250 that should not take a full day to do.

Exactly, plus the cost of any new kit, unless matey already has it; but explain it'll require 2 of you.

I normally ask the customer to get the items they need need for the job as I tell them I do not make money on it as thats unfair, that goes down very well with them.

are you joking

do you have eggs for hands?

a day?

i can put up that much gutter up and fascia in a day,

to clean it will take you 2hours maximum  there for £80 but that would be cleaning it out and wiping it over, if there is three sides, and no fascia, but i could do that in about an 1hour and charge £60

to stick in the stuff another 2hours tops, for one bloke, you just take it up stick it one roof and pat it down, for that max £80

i dont think you can charge more that  £140

as for
if it going to take a day charge £400

come one guys
