Hi Guys
Last two jobs Saturday were both stain removal only.
Now I have never really liked doing spot removal but on Saturday afternoon , tired after an eventful week I did two.
First, polish etc from a new wood floor in took 15 mins, about 30 inc driving etc, second large red wine took 60 inc driving.
Both custy's very happy , 120 pounds better off and used some interesting chemistry, think I could get used to this type of work ;D
Do any of you guys offer a stain removal service.
Cheers

Hi Doug,
I never offer a stain removal service, just a stain treatment service (this is for the benefit of newbies 8) ) Yes, it can be a pain at times, but the returns can often be good.
On the main Australian Forum, there is a leading member who doesn't clean carpets these days, he just does stain removal. He also drives around with a surf board on the roof of his van :'( Life can be so unfair :'( :'( :'(
Safe and happy cleaning :)

Hi Ken
I was thinking yesterday that a stain removal only (or treatment ;)), service would be much more gentle as the inevitable march of Father Time takes it's toll.
Leave all those pubs etc to the young bloods.
Cheers

I think probably most of us offer a stain removal service as such, we certainly do. When we had a franchise we used to do loads of these as part of custy's warranty's.
It may seem a pain at the time, but invariably it can lead to bigger jobs, and like doug says gets your brain thinking in terms of different chem's/approaches.
