Did you get a reply from the seller? I e-mailed him twice and filled out his online form and still no reply ??? . I wanted to know if it could get rid of smoke smell on furniture as I have a wealthy client needing this treatment.

Yes I got replies, the one advertised on Ebay will do average size rooms in houses, cars etc.
They do a 700watt machine with wireless remote for £99 but with 3 litre bottles of your choice of fragrence. This bigger unit will do meeting rooms etc
I have actually bought the smaller one of Ebay and got delivery yesterday. Again I sent the seller a question which got reply quickly.
I bought smaller one with the viewpoint - if it works I will buy another small one, 2 smalls will do what a big one does ie larger meeting rooms BUT I will be ablree to do 2 house rooms at the same time.

We have used Thermal foggers for over 10 years in our restoration business. During that time and having attended many seminars and training course I have never come across the use of Thermal fogging as a means of either odour removal or sanitisation as a stand alone process. The mist produced, usually by super heating a Glycol based product only produces a very fine film on surfaces and in my opinion not enough for sanisation purposes. Ultra low volume "wet" foggers should be used for this purpose.
They are used as part of a wider spectrum procedure but only as a part of that. I stand to be corrected but that is my experience.

Joe ,could u keep us posted with the machine, good thinking with the buying 2 machine, what fragrence did u get with the machine.

What machine do you use? Where do you get it and how much for the machine/products?

We use a Stormtrooper which used to be supplied by D-Smoke. The product we use is either BridgepointThermal Fog which is £40 for 3.79 Litres or Thermo 2000 from Unsmoke, not sure of current price.
Thisd is only used as part of a procedure of odour removal which we guarantee. I could in no way guarantee an odour removal using thermal fogging only.
Also anyone using thermal fogging for fogging sanitising fluids (I wouldn't even contemplate it), it is imperative you use a correctly fitting, preferably full face respirator otherwise breathing in these vapours could lead to very serious lung damage.
Another thing to bear in mind when thermal fogging houses, always ring the local fire brigade control centre with the address and postcode and explain what you are doing, then ring them when the operation is complete and the fog has dispersed. Bsically it looks like the house is on fire and if someone rings the fire brigade and they turn up and find you fogging they will give you such a bollocking.

i bought from these think they are a con!!!! cost very little to make you own solution ,and was informed a drop of coluring to give colour codes and silly fancy names.they also just send the bottle out wrapped in a black bin liner which could easy crack and leak, you will not get a refund.
my advice would stay away from this supplier mate......you was warned. ;)

The machine and 1 litre bottle of fogger came in a largish box with plenty padding.
Also a safety data sheet was forwarded in pdf format.

Had a look at these before and they appear to be "disco" type smoke generators.
Does the one you bought have any original manufacturer/model numbers on it?

The instruction manual says Model No G002GAS(DK-F006)
400w power consumption
Fog Output:1250 cuft/min
Tank capacity .25 litre
Weight 2.9kgs
Measures L245 x W143 x H160 mm
I would imagine they would be disco type smoke generators with that type of fluid.
Odourbeaters do about 7 types - see there website for details.
