Title: do you guys use wet/dry vacs for pressure washing??
Post by: drive surgeon on October 24, 2007, 09:15:50 am
hi guys, do you guys use wet and dry vacs when doing jobs on domestic and commercial properties? especially with block paving? if so do you have a flat surface cleaner that the vacuum hose attaches too, i have a whirlaway but dont think it can have a vac attached to it?   i notice tech clean do a system which includes a flat surface cleaner with a vac so you can clean without having to shovel up all the sand, moss, weeds etc when you have finished?

anyone use this or can give advice on this subject?   many thanks  ;)

I have a pump to pump out vety bad drainage. i use a brush on not to babd drainage.
I tried Mrs Drivewashers wet vac once (shh! don't tell her) but as I expected as my machine delivers 15 litres of water a minuite it,s MILES to small.
I figured I would need at least a 500 litre tank with a quick drain tap fitted

We use a vac recovery with a truckmount. The best machine for you would be the big Numatic with auto pump out, not cheap but last for ever and very rodust.
