Title: Subcontractor for carpet cleaning.
Post by: boshravie on October 23, 2007, 11:15:03 pm
Hi guys just wondering how many of you have a subcontractor for carpet cleaning?
Is it good to have a subcontractor and give them a percentage of the profit or just give them a normal wag?
Especially if you let them have responsibility to go out there and look after your clients.
And how much percentage do you give them?

Regards

Bosh

I have been sub contracting  for about 15 years, but from the opposite angle. A long established house cleaning company have used us to do all of their carpet cleaning work.

We give them our normal rates and they add a small percentage !
