Think i've got a kidney stone! Pain was so bad the missus dialled 999 - nice of them not to turn up. Anyway three quarters of an hour later and i'm right as rain and ready for work. Anyone on here had one? ???

My uncle had one not long ago, dont sound very nice :o

if you start to pass the kidney stone when you go for a pee you could be in agony and lose a little blood too, even if the pain has stopped get yourself to A&E for a check over.
im sure your fine but why take a chance

OUCH that sounds painful, if in doubt always consult a doctor, you only get one life, look after it ;)

I passed my kidney stone to the Mrs i didn`t like the taste.

Kidney stones can cause water retention, this by the way can also kill you as an aside.

Self-diagnosis
mine-field !!
I was talking to a close friend the other day, about my health; how I always worry about it, how I always think Ive got something wrong with me medically. Bloody nightmare.
He said, 'sounds like hyphocondria mate'.
I said, 'what that as well, is it fatal?'
;D
