Anyone with a standard form re the above would be most appreciated,checked the download site but can,t see anything ...thanks in advance

have been doing some work for a small housing group re sheltered homes in yorks
they have subbed out there tendering process to a management company who are asking for all sorts of info from us this is one of them that they seem keen on.....

i've never heard of this but i guess they might be wanting a list of what chemicals if any you use???

thanks marko.....i,ll ahave to get my ead down over the rest of the weekend to get this completed now.i was just hoping someone might of completed one and could of sent us a copy along anyway ill stop in and do the hard work u lot just email when you need a copy!!
