it's on auto trader as hes selling to get a bigger van to go wfp, the person has not a clue about marketing or image slating something else put people off big time, if i was in his area I would put on a van for fun and park it next to him :
we dont use ladders because window cleaners that do have every right to sue you
We use WFP because we care about you and your window and our staff
soap makes windows dirty we only use pure water that is better than soap and does not leave a film like soap does :P
-
Where is his roof rack for his ladders ???
Looks like he has fallen on his van as well ;D ;D from all the dents
-
by the state of that van would you get him to do your windows, I know I wouldnt, i am a fussy and i guess others are too
-
give him a ring lol, ask for his risk assesments, & health & safetypolicy ;D

Just a mobile Number Tut Tut, I would not employ anyone with just a mobile number.

How can he sell a van that says (We use ladders)… and no roof rack…
Then park it up next to a window that’s been boarded up… ???
Bazzy…

Thats nearly as good as LWC's van were it says ladderless w/c and he carried his ladders on the roof, he's taken them off now though ;D

lol, LWC you must have got loads of people asking about ladderless window cleaning then having ladders on the van, i thought it was a clever marketing trick myself ;)
-
It works for my ex boss. On his Trailer he had "Reach and Wash, Ladder less window cleaning technology" Loads of people came to ask why he had a ladder on the roof of his van if he didn't need them and boy did he pick customers up by contradicting himself! ;D
-
I think it was saj window cleaners that got a photo of his van sent into a national newspaper because it said ladderless and he had ladders on his van ;D
Dean
-
It was Paul Griffin who got his van in the National Papers.
Can't get better advertising than that- and for free!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D

It was indeed Russ. It was one of his customers who sent them the picture :)

I don't think any of you have any right to slate him.
He's got every right to plug the way he works.
It's no different to you putting the merits of wfp.
Fair play to him I say.
It'll get him plenty of work.
Not everyone likes wfp.
Very few in my experience.

I know, but it's always the same.
People on here with wfp think they're bigger and better than trad cleaners.

Squeaks I am a trad cleaner m8, well for the next hour anyway (been sitting there this morning watching water filling in tank, my neighbours must think i'm a complete fruit cake, I even walked down the road with 100mtrs of hose to see just how long it was (did swear at one car driver as he drove over my new baby hose and made a black mark on it >:( think i have to get over that bit quick lol

Rog, I'd say we have every right to offer comment, you are right though, it may well get him more work, though I'd not like to go around advertising the fact I actually work off ladders.
And his method of advertising infers that doing it any other way is inferior...it's negative.
And I've found things to be the reverse of what you seem to be finding, I've found the majority love it, they might be dubious to begin with, but are soon won over.
Take Mary (one that you had off me but stopped doing cos she paid you in small change and you sort of fell out with her) I'm charging almost a tenner more than you were and she loves it.
I do another you once did too (Jenny, just up the top of Garden City), no idea what you were charging on this one, but I charge them £25 and they love the system too, they love their frames being cleaned, especially the conservatory.
I've taken work off Simon in town because the customer loves the fact that I use WFP and can wash all of the paintwork down every time I clean.
On friday just gone I did 3 new accounts, and all love the system, the one loved it because I could also wash all the guttering and facia's down for her.
Many people I have found now know of WFP and often refer to H & S, so word is now well and truly getting around.
And I am finding it almost all positive, and I'm at a complete and utter loss as to why you keep finding so much negativity all the time :-\
But this van is just begging for comments to be made!
It's just a shame he isn't on the forum to put his twopennorth' in and defend himself!
Maybe some brave soul should call him up and ask him to come on here and join up! Maybe he will if he knows how much interst his van is causing! lol

I was Jesting no offence intended, I know the reason we wfp carry ladders, I myself carry them when I need to, to gain access to the rear of property's.
