Title: Health and Safety

A hotel client of mine is asking me to supply proof of health and safety, insurrance etc, I have everything except what do they want with h&s, risk assesments, cosh???? I went to a h&s rep and they wanted to charge me hundreds to sort out the paper work and certificate?? Anyone know what I need and what to do??
