customers cleaned last Friday, cheques arrived yesterday, all in all not been as bad as we all first thought. for those of you who are still suffering, get onto RM and ask them when you will get back to normal

Bills come through no problem. Parcels I sent ten days ago have still not arrived. ::)

Same here no problems, did Jobs on Saturday and cheques came today, along with a few bills :'(
Placed an order on-line yesterday, just checked the tracking number with Parcelforce and its on its way and due tomorow.

I think you're gonna find cheques sent recently will turn up no problem...............It's the "backlog" that is gonna take weeks to clear up. I have spoken to customers who have sent cheques 10 days ago 1st class and i still aint had them. I wonder if they'll get a part refund on their stamp :)

just got this snipit which was updated on the royal mail website today
"We are making good progress in getting our services back to normal as quickly as possible, but there is a significant build-up of mail that will take some time to clear. We will deal with this in the order in which we received it."
seems there could still be back logs in places then! i'm staying hopeful!!!

I used to be a postman up to 2 months ago, and even tho I knew I was leaving, I didn't cross that picket line once.It is SCABS or managers that are delivering your mail.
This bulls**t that is happening at the moment is was finally pushed me into leaving and becoming a window cleaner, so every cloud..... ;D
