hi, what the best to clean driveways, patios,etc hot water steam power washer or cold washer

i would say there isnt much difference between hot and cold on most drives when it is just general dirt and moss , but if the drive is greasy or covered in oil then a hot wash makes the job a lot easier, also a hot wash looks more impressive to customer when they see all the steam.
