Title: smashed back door window grrr

was great day monday, picked up my compressor, drove off and heard a bang. did know what it was. turned out to be my compressor falling over smashing back window, tinted, and sign written  :-[ gutted

pug partner, what do i do about getting another one?? never done this before so need help  :)

Twas the night before Christmas (4.30pm) and all around the...Volvo estate !  was smashed glass. The ladder had swung round 180 degrees and twisted the rack with it, which went through the rear tailgate glass leaving the ladder 300 yards behind in the middle of a dual carrige way. We were half way to Plymouth from N.Wales.  :'(
A passing Taxis driver found us a relacement tailgate, stoppage time 3 hours but we got ther fine but a little wiser.

replace with metal and sign write over it, cant happen again that way

great idea...so how would i do that
look on ebay to start I was told about £28 then say £30 to have welding problem sorted
