Hi, pole i bought recently is brilliant, ex.tel 21ft...
but the nut and bolt have dropped out of the middle clamp, tried everywhere and as daft as it seems, cant get hold  of one anywhere... so im using a two section pole at the mo.

do you stock them Alex.

Alex, If I ordered a superlite2 on line what sort of delivery time are we looking at.  I have a school clean to do in about 10 days and was wondering if it would be delivered before then.

Hi Ant,

It depends what size you order.

35ft's are available for immediate dispatch, but there is a 2 week lead time on all sizes above 35ft as one of our overseas distributors has reserved all of our 40-56ft Super-Lites we have left in stock.

If 35ft is tall enough then you're sorted, you can always add to the 35ft when we get the next batch of extension sections in the week after next.

If you really need more than 35ft for use in 10 days time then there is another solution. Email me your telephone number to alex@agardiner.co.uk if you do need a taller pole for this job and we can discuss the solution privately. If 35ft is OK then simply place the order and we will get one straight out to you.

35ft will be fine and dandy.  Any bigger might be too heavy ;D ;D ;D

Will place my order online tonight or tomorrow and sit by the front door awaiting arrival.

I also brought 2 of the same poles from alex.
