How much would you charge inside and out for this and how long would it take you?
I have already done this and the inside windows were the dirtiest i have ever had to clean they hadnt been done in over twenty years :o

I wish someone would post a question like this when it isn't some enormous complicated job.
Price depends on all sorts including what the owners are like, and how much you can push the price.
Now way anyone could give an accurate price from pictures.
I'd say definately over £10 though.

£375 - £425

Is that a house or something like a museum?
Who lives there?

I dont think i should say who lives there all i will say is it is a lord and only two people live in the house on the top floor only that is nothing overly special Shabby chic i think the expression is although their was still a lot of expensive antiques and paintings
The first floor was stunning with carved oak panelling and staircases and even more expensive ornaments

Is it regular as in once a month or twice
If regular then £150 - £200 every 8 weeks deffo £200
starts going up more if twice a year etc
trying to work out how long it would take me
I would say traditonal 1 day
but I fell I am going to be cheap lol

To give you an idea it took 15 hours spread over two days to clean in and out
Outside done wfp inside trad

Thats the closest but i charged more
Its a job that will only be done when they want and only some of the windows as not all of the house is used i dont mind this as its a large job

It really does depend on alot of aspects. If the windows werent too bad and you can tell they will come clean without too much effort then i would charge a building that size about 500 pounds but if the insides are as bad as you make out with all those leaded if they are leaded inside aswell then i will throw another ton on top maybe 2.
I will always have a figure in mind, on this occassion 600 pounds but i will always price well over with room for negotiation, you have to sell it.
how far over the amount in your head depends on the size of your balls, if you got big balls you would go all out and quote a grand if medium size balls then 800. For me it would also depend on if the owner or whoever pays you is gonna be there the whole time, they wont like it if it only takes half a day or even a full day people like to get the most out of you for as little as possible. ive lost jobs cos the customer sits down works out how long it took me to clean his house and realises per hour its more than he earns and hes a qualified joiner... muppet. i think it was more the fact hes wife took a shine to me!!!

4,500 & done in 20 mins ;)

i cant beleive someone one would do the outsides for 200 quid and with ladders that just seems way too cheap
