Hi guys,
I have a problem with a quote I have looked at today. The problem being that I believe the outside tops could take 2 hours. Then there is a glass entrance area that goes from floor level right to the top and I'm not sure how long this will take but I reckon an hour as its deceiving to the eye and I'm guessing the old window cleaner quoted wrong because this entrance is not cleaned very well as you would have to access a roof as the bottom of the entrance comes out from the building then you have a wall of windows up to the first floor above this entrance. I'm guessing the whole job will take about 3-4 hours but if I quote wrong and get the job I'll kick myself but if I quote to much I won't get it so what should I do just go for 4 hours and if I don't get it class it as no loss?
Thanks guys!

if it's regular and you don't have a full diary i'd probably go in with a tighter quote, if it's a one off or once every quarter etc, go more towards 4 hours, that would be my gut feel.
