Title: employers, please help.

took a guy on, he started today, got an appointment with my accountant on mon, but was hoping for some advice on best way to employ, pro's and con's please.

also what is the average wage for south london and how do you guys structure their pay?

pay basic wage plus commission, or just commision only. Make sure you have emplyers liability insurance and pulic to cover you both, it is not that expensive but you have to have it by law 99% of the time, pro's are you can earn more money, cons they can be a right pain in the bottom sometimes
