Title: What day of week do you recieve most calls?

I was wondering if their's a trend in when customers call!! mine would be wednesday/Thursday.

Mon /Tues by far, but very rare i get anything on a sunday.

Monday without a doubt.

And even better is a Monday at the beginning of the month.

And even better than that is a Monday at the beginning of the month after a bright and sunny weekend.

monday morning  and friday afternoon sometimes till 6pm

Yep Monday is favourite. Late Friday can also be manic but it can be weeks between each bout of Friday mania.
I switch my phone off at about 6.00 most evenings and almost every weekend so it's fascinating to get messages left at quite late times of night.

Steady flow of calls all week but Monday definitely the busiest or Wednesday after my leaflets get delivered

Looking back over my web stats Tuesday comes out top, with Monday and Thursday next.

I seem to get the most calls when my Orange network is down and I get a text saying you missed a cal 5 hrs later.

Sit on the toilet, have a mouth full of food or leave your phone unattended for 5 minutes. If you follow this advise your phone should never stop ringing.

Or when you are in a supermarket supervising 2 toddlers whilst trying to pay for the shopping. A couple of weeks ago this happened to me and my youngest ran out the supermarket door and into the road. I nearly had a heart attack. Luckily the custy had kids herself so was sympathetic (and yes I got the job)
