Reading recent posts on different forums about naming & shaming bad service provided by suppliers, & even poor treatment by customers, I just thought it important to report the good as well.
I have always had good or excellent service from Paul Sanders of George Systems & the past weekend was no different. I needed some help from Paul & I had the issue (note: it wasn't a fault or problem) resolved early on Sunday morning.
If you are thinking of window cleaning software also consider the on-going support. Best £50 I have spent on window cleaning.

Same here.I wouldn't be able to do this without him. I feel a bit of a tight git humming and harring over the £12 to continue the internet back after up my free period expires?

I thought I've got an external hard drive to back up to so why do I need internet back ups as well. If you need something resolving, however, it is so much easier & simpler if you tell Paul the problem & he delves into his copy, solves the issue & sends back a 'fix'.
My initial concern was with someone else having a list of my customers at their disposal but I am completely satisfied with the set up now.
