I am so glad you said you have been having a nightmare as I have been having right fun today, I have done one side of the van and insulated it (itching like hell now even after a shower) fun starts tomorrow as have to do doors and sliding side, still have to do the arches. Will build a solid box then ply over them.
As for tanks take a peek on ebay I see some being sold on there, if you struggle to find one I will source one for you or someone else will read and rely to this post.
I have taken pics of before etc, will post them once I have finished so everyone can say where I went wrong etc or maybe even say thats a good job ;D
I have to get mine done by tomorrow as I have to sand and paint it as system is being fitted next week and I dont fancy driving for 3 hours getting high on paint fumes ;)
