Finished the lining thank god, my jogsaw stopped on the last cut, typical, I will post some pics as it may help someone else. have to protectacote in the morning :-\ thats going to be fun
-
why are you ply lining and protectacoating ???????
you only need to protectacoat it straight onto the inside floor...you plyline and dont completly cover the ply with protctorcoat you will have water underneath then youve spent time and money on both and its been a lost cause as the waters gone underneath rotting the meatal away?

i think he is ply lining the sides of the van not the floor
-
i protectacoted mine last week no ply on floor its brill then ply lined sides in about 1 hour, insulated roof with foil backed insulation sheets, stuck to roof with no nails, be warmer than my house soon

Can't see any way of freezing 500ltr of water unless we are entering an ice age!
More chance of freezing on the pole first or maybe in the pump overnight. If it's that cold you wouldn't be going out. When your car washer jets freeze it's always in the smallest areas and not the tank ie the nozzles or the pipe.
