Title: What is my round worth?
Post by: wrighty on October 04, 2007, 08:48:11 pm
Hi Chaps

I have a round I am thinking of selling and it does about £5300.00 per month

£1200 is commercial work using WFP and some residential is WFP.

Let me know what you think its worth and where I coud sell it?

I may even rent it out I am unsure yet.

Cheers,

Wrighty

Wrighty

where is the work ?

The best place to get a value is with a local business sales agent.

If it was near me, i would make you a serious offer.

Few questions: How many people work this round per day, the average working hours per person per day, also you say per month is this 22 days a month mon-fri or is it 7 days a week 30/31 days p/m?.
All of the above makes a difference on what a round is or is not worth.

I can then give you a price IMO  ;)

Your round is worth what someone is willing to pay for it I suppose
but 2-3 times is normal but then get expensive for people to buy when you have a big round

if yr commercial is good paying work look at 8 or 10 times yr monthly clean..ie 12 grand at tops

domestic x3 or x4.....but if its exceptional ask what you think if someone thinks its worth it they will pay it......IM ALL IN FOR GETTING MORE REWARD WHEN WE EVENTUALLY SELL OUR ROUNDS BECAUSE X2 OR 3 IS A PITTANCE ..IN MY HUMBLE OPINION!!!!

Not many people have valued your round.

Why? because they do not know.

£30,000 would be a good investment.
