this is what the last cleaner did too a suite that I cleaned today, good job I spotted it in the servey.
The customer had'nt seen it , so might have thought I did it :o :o

Ps; if you have'nt noticed the green stripe has turned red!

they also did this, the whole side of the chair was loose the staples had been pulled out

Mike,
Are you positive it was the last cleaner and not something like a cleaned up red wine stain. Can't think what they could have done to cause a RED stain like that, I mean if it wasnt down to a spill - where has the red come from. (Unless it is in the backing).

Dave, the top picture is the underside of the arm, how would they spill wine their! i only saw it when I turned the chair over

Hi Mike,
These suites are easy to clean as you no doubt know .
The previous obviously went too alkaline and too wet.

That was completely different, if you read my full posts, all the evidence points to a fabric fault having an unstable green dye. Cleaned hundreds of suites before that and hundreds since using exactly the same process with no problems, it wasnt a matter of high alkaline cleaning leading to disclouration, but somehow the colour was simply washed out.
I will shortly be posting regarding the final outcome of events of that situation.
