People on the forum could give you info , but is it the right info. All you need to do is give them a call and they will tell you on the phone what you need to know

very true, there is alot of misguided info available on here, so best check with the poeple that will give the correct answer and not what they think

I think the best advice is ask those who know.
As a director you are one of the employees, but why would you not being paid paye, as an outside of the business director, investment only then you wouldn,t.

Cherubs, I have just gone Ltd and had this to deal with.
If you are carrying out work for the company on aregular basis you are classed as an employee.
If you are not working but are a director you are not classed as an employee.
Hope the above makes sense.
I now only claim dividends from my company and not a regular wage.
We have 4 workers.
Thanks Robbie-Clearshine Ltd

The Inland Revenue do free courses for people who are self-employed, they also do courses if you employ people, and the vat man do courses on vat.
