Post by: Shaun_Ashmore on October 02, 2007, 08:01:15 pm: Must admit blurred memories can make the Xmas run in seem longer and longer, the real run in doesn't start until after Bonfire night as custies don't want the mud from the back garden trampled onto their newly cleaned carpet.

My busiest week is the 2nd week of December I'll do about 2-2.5 weeksworth of my normal gross the last week is for those who have either forgotten to book me or generally last minute people (watch out for no shows!)

With above in mind thought about investing in a localised 1-2 hit ad campaign (decent colour advert in local papers or something similar with the xmas theme attached. Any ideas?

Those of you that say you will be fully booked weeks before should charge more.

It's supply and demand after all, Easy Jet, Hilton Hotels , jewellers etc all charge more at Xmas , why not CC's.
