Just thought i'd say thanks.

Had an order for a pole, some resin etc.

Bit of a mix up got the order minus the resin, quick email and was with me the next day.

Very quick to rectify the problem, so thanks

Like i said i used to run a mail order company myself and the amount of customers we used to get from other companies.

Not because they didnt ship fast enough, but when there was a problem, it was hard to get it rectified.

People are usually quick enough to point out the bad and not the good, so just thought it was worth a mention.

And i will be using you again
