Great prices but the usual shipping costs will no doubt bring it all in to line with UK prices

On the home page under Demo Equipment the flash banner says "Won't Last Long" on the ride on scrubber. Made me chuckle.

There's no postal address on the site, and after some of the posts on here a while back about customer service or the lack of it.

Personally i wouldn't touch them.

Well guys i bought from Vernon got a stair wand valve went faulty after only two jobs one phone call complete new valve sent straight away. My only dealing with him GREAT SERVICE though.

I had the same sent me a entire new heater ( just send the faulty one back when it arrives) My mouth dropped open at the easy attidue, not the normal static you get from some other suppilers

Also employee lost a cup washer from a needle valve playing around with it, vernon just sent one up 1st class no charge.

I belive his sons taken over and he seam to be quite able, I have the wide stair tool bought one and everyone wanted it so ended up buying 3. Nice bit of kit and very reasonable as well.
