Title: New Builds - Not Builders Cleans

Hi All,

Does anyone know how you can find out of new housing developments which have recently been completed and ready for new owners to move in. The council won't release the information and I want to try and plant a seed in the new owners head, that they need a cleaner for their new home.

Hope that makes sense.

Any ideas would be gratefully recieved.
