Title: Duty increase of Fuel
Post by: stevegunn on September 28, 2007, 07:39:53 pm
Price of fuel going up by 2ppl on Sunday night.....Fill up if you want to start a blockade of forecourts!

All the fuel retailers are ramming as much fuel as they can under the ground so they can make a killing on it come Monday morning...FACT

just thnking of it as a easy way to fuel the machine and have a tank of petrol as a back up. did 385sq meters on 10 litres today so know what you mean it's not a big cost, just thinking that a gas cyclinder might last all week or more. plus we use them in he rug drying shop for heat.

I've just fitted a new bigger engine on my machine so now use £35 a week of petrol, can any clever clogs tell me how much extra I will be paying with this increase.

but cost is relative, I now consciously add on a fiver onto each job to pay for petrol.

75p :o :o

looks like a £5er was too much, perhaps I should charge an extra 5p.
sort of puts it in  perspective doesn't it ;)
