Title: Risk assessment
Post by: Dean Aspects on September 27, 2007, 03:37:12 pm
I have been asked for a risk assessment but having never been asked to do this before i dont know what i need to do

What should i be looking for as a risk as i dont want to miss a risk that is obvious

To give you an idea the job is a large hotel 3 storey with a car park to the front and a road down either side one with a path and one without an inner courtyard that is two storey as there is a roof covering the ground floor this roof covers the entire area of the courtyard and i have already inspected it and is alright to work from then there is a rear courtyard that all windows except 4 are easy access the 4 others are accessed by using ladders to go onto a roof then i can wfp them

any help would be great thanks

Dean
