Hi All
I am quite new to window cleaning and have quite a few awkward windows to clean on the first floor, I struggle to get my ladders up close and wondered if there is a good pole system (not water fed) available that can do the window and the bottom 4 inches that I cant ever reach with my normal straight pole?
Many thanks
Dave

www.scrimcity.co.uk look at unger poles they also sell many attachments for them claps to hold scrims, joints for hard to reach bits etc.

This is the best solution for traditional pole cleaning:
pole
angle adapter ( unger )
swivel microfibre from home and bargains ( fits traditional pole threads )
Ok so soap the window, the angle adapter will allow you to get to the bottom of the window. Bring the pole down and put the squeegee on, then change the angle for squeegeeing, now bring the pole back down and screw on the swivel microfibre ( make angle adapter straight - it works better that way ) then dry off the window. I was really fast at doing this and it is the best way of doing windows with a trad pole, Luke

Hi mate welcome to the site. I would suggest you do a little market research into wfp because its so good and worth while investing in. Trust me I've have not been up a ladder for about a month now!
-
Whats a ladder? I went WFP 18months ago and have never looked back although I had a few technical problems to start with.
You mention having a few difficult windows that are hard to reach with a ladder. There are always dodgy windows that you have to stretch for or go up one rung more than you should to reach.
Those sort of windows are always going to be around. I'm not saying safety was my main reason for going to WFP because it wasn't but the risks associated with ladders do play on your mind.

ladder go wfp system faster safer and beter if u need help with wfp go to www.alwindowsystems.co.uk http://
