Hi ive got a regular job cleaning motor caravans but im having trouble getting the carpets clean.I use the small numatic cleaner which does great on the upolstery but removes very little on the carpets.Im a valeter so i dont really want to spend a fortune on a carpet cleaner.I was hoping someone could recomend a good product.I put hot water in my machine but it did not like that the pump sounded angry and it stopped working so i gather thats a no no.

Hot water at around 40-60 degrees should have no detrimental affect on the pump. What chemical are you actually using at the minute?
-
firstly spraying a mpc and brushing in then i am using autoglym super interior shampoo in the numatic but with very poor results.

Caravans and camper vans invariably have carpets made from manmade materials. Usually Nylon, Polypropylene or Polyester. They also suffer very heavy wear. A lot of the dirt will be dry dirt and pre-vacing with a decent vacuum cleaner will remove a lot of this dry dirt. This would be much better than relying on the limited power of your Numatic to flush it out.
It may also be the case that your pump may not be operating efficiently therefore not putting down enough fluid to flush out the dirt.
There are any number of chemicals suitable for the job, I would have a peruse at some sites to see what is available from the likes of Prochem.
Also bare in mind that manmade fibres do suffer abrasion especially in confined areas like caravans. Once this occurs it is hard to get a satisfactory result.

That would work ok, however for really bad ones Ultrapac would be better. See here http://www.prochem.co.uk/problem_solvers_&_additives.htm

Hello, the ultra Pac renovate is a pre spray which is correct but you also need to extract with double clean or similar in the machine subject to the usual pre tests

wow i did not realise how many carpet cleaning agents there is.I thought valeting required a big kit.lol thanks for your help

Give Craftex in Taunton a ring I use a Hot Water Extraction Fluid from them on the caravans I do and get great results ...I think it about £6.00 for 5 litres and if you order £40.00 or more free next day delivery! :D
