A combination of Commerical Block Cleans and Domestic cleaning.
The business also includes a sign written Vauxhall Combo Van.
Freedom WFP System 42ft and 18ft poles
Carpet Cleaner and Hoover.

A copy of all the invoicing and marketing documentation.
Through a change in working arrangements this part-time business is becoming difficult to manage.

Would you consider selling the commercial window cleaning side without equipment seperatley?
What % of the business is commercial and Do you have contracts in place?
What area is the domestic based on your round?

This work is based around Harlow Essex.
The commerical work is 5 quarterly block cleans ranging from £90 to £280 and the hoovering the communal areas of 2 of these flats on a monthly basis.
The domestic work centres around Church Langley in Harlow but includes other areas in the vacinity.
