Title: HOW MUCH ???

After 10 years of this trade i have decided i have had enough.
My round consists of 170 houses all are cleaned on a 4 weekly basis and every customer is a long standing one.
The round is worth £33,000 per year and this is without any of the fascia work which occurs yearly and would be in the region of another £3000.
All this is done by myself and easily, my question is how much should i advertise it for and where.

From other peoples comments I think it is very hard to walk away cleanly with a bag of cash.

But it's not just us ,most businesses seem to strugle with exit strategies. If you mangage to crack it everyone else can copy you.

The round is in and around just south of the NEC,

NWH, just need a change mate and had a decent offer to do something else.
