Hi guys
I hope you guys can help me with this one.
I am thinking of buying one of these, due to new hotel jobs that we have.
They have 2 large conference rooms and today we found it hard work with just the wand. So if any of you have one of these are you happy with it?
Or if any one have one of these and can’t get much use for it and want to sell I would be interested.
Many thanks for you reply

I think you would be better using bonnet mopping

There ios a Rotovac for sale in the used equipment section - £1100.
Never used one so cannot comment.
Rob M might have a better answer - look at Dry Fusion or Texatherm - a lot quieter too for the Hotel environment.
-
Next time you do Hotel get one on a weeks trial, then you yourself can judge.
-
Hi
Have you concidered the rotovac 360.
I have never used one so cannot comment on its performance.

Everyone that I have spoken too regarding Rotavac that have owned one said they were nothing special and sold them on
-
Well thanks guys so far I know a little more about it thanks to you.
But ian, who do I phone to get a week trial?
Would it be ALL TEC?

Bosh

Yes, Alltec will offer you a weeks trial.
Tel: 0800 6950 or 01763 208222
Not sure but I think they use a lot of water for a portable, forever filling & emptying, but dont take my word for it, try it out.

Hi Bosh ;D
I understand most stockists of the rotovac will offer a free trial, alltec and cleansmart are just two.
Give it a try for a week and let us all know your results.
I've thought about buying one but have been put off by posts on here, too heavy, use too much water, ok on clear runs but awkward to manouver round furniture etc.
Advice could be wrong, perhaps people love them and dont want the rest of us to know!
Give it a try and let us know!
All the best,
Jason.

Well guys many thanks again for your kind advices.
There is a guy who wants to sell it, so I am going tomorrow to see it and give it a good try.
Actually I just want this tool for when we do the large areas so It would suite me fine, plus I have auto feed on my ninja so it would be no problem with that, I will defiantly let you guys know if this tool is what it cracked up to be.

Bosh ;D

The hydramaster one always seems to get better reviews. I've heard some very mixed opinions about the rotovac and the 360,... some ppl love it,.. just as many say its a complete disaster.

Hi guys
I got my rotovac last week and started to give it try today .
Whaaaaaaaaaaa what a piece kit!
Had to do the edges with our wond first, and once we started to work with it you notice the difference straight away, people say is heavy, well it is when you want to load it to the van, but once you start working with it, in fact its much easier than wond is also quicker than wond, much quicker plus you get better result on the carpet , we didn’t even agitate the carpet . just prespray with microspliter and the use the rotovac.
Another thought: only very good for large areas.
One point though,,, you must use it with 400 or 500 p.s.i machine, and takes a lot of water, but for our ninja out filler was real ease.

the rotovac is a toy, compared to the dri master.
-
I believe the Hydramaster is over £1000 more expensive though !
-
Alex ! why is there two grab handles on your rotavac ?
-
To make it easier and more stable to lift out of the van and also handy to coil cable around.
10 out of 10 for observation
-
I thought is was maybe for cleaning staircases! maybe a bit fiddly though
-
1000 more exp!
yes but worth it.
-
hi clark
is mainley for lifting it to the van, cause its little heavey.
