Title: RO-Man problem!!

Anyone know where RO-man are??? ??? ???
I ordered a 40/40 RO plus booster pump last Tuesday
was told I would get it this Monday latest .
Now Tuesday nothing received.
Last two days they have ansaphone message stating they are at an exhibition but
their warehouse are still working/despatching.
have sent two email requests for them to contact me urgently
RANT RANT
Will have to take a van off the road tomorrow unless I can mump a tank full of pure from someone local ???

He is slow, but generally gets the job done. don't know how close to enfield you are but there is a shop in queens road that will sell you water. not perfect idea but gets you out of hole.

My personal experience with RO-Man is that their customer service is second to none,.... I hope they aren't letting their standards slide?

If you ring ro-man you will get the same message that i got yesterday and today that they are at a trade show it doesnt tell you when they are back either.  I ordered via the web site it takes between 2 and 5 days for delivery, hope not i need it yesterday ::)   ;D
