Title: Price for cleaning flat windows

hi all,
Have been asked to price a new build clean with all the windows inside and out cleaned. The flat is six stores high with roughly ten windows per storey so its abt 60 windows outside. No need for ladders though. How much is there kinda of work priced at. The windows are dirty frm dust etc

Personally, i would start with what i normally earn per day, then add 20%, might also be worth getting a disclaimer for scratches.

I don't do builders cleans anymore, to much hassle for not enough cash.

Oh and Builders arent the best payers in the world, i know a guy who demands 50% up front....
