Make sure you provide risk assessment (any hazards created by work you are doing or any you may come across during the course of your work to both your employees, on site staff and members of public)
Make sure you have emergency contact details (local hosp. next of kin for you and any workers)
Make sure you provide method statement (how you are going to do it and how long it will take and how mant visits etc.)
I will probably add to this later mate as I'm sure there is more but cooking tea so will think as I am cheffing

Also
Do a cossh report. (what you are you using, how you will dispose of waste, will any smells be left, are there any possible effects to allergy sufferers and will there be any smells left.
Will you be doing all work yourself or will you be subbing any of it. When you have answered this I can talk you through what are called prelims
