Title: holiday entitlement changes 1st oct

Hi Again

Just wondered, min hols are 24 days as of 1st oct. i pay staff as in hours rather than days, how would i work this out?

they are currently contracted 16 hours per week (64 hours hol per annum)

Instead of 4 weeks holiday it's 4.8

so instead of 4 x 16, its 4.8 x 16 =76.8 or 77 hours.


im rubbish at maths, is this right?
